The Smelling Salts are an item in Psychonauts. They are a little device that, when cracked open, emits a smell so horrid it sends Razputin's astral projection straight back into the real world.

The Smelling Salts are given to Raz by Maloof Canola, who thinks never to need it again, seeing as he plans to leave camp as soon as possible.
